A：Any employer who employs homemaking service personnel within the administrative area of Shanghai Municipality may, as the Insured of this Insurance, participate in this Insurance plan.

But any employer who employs the following personnel as homemaking service personnel can not take out this Insurance:

• any linear relatives；
• any full-time non-homemaking service workers；
• any persons below the age of 16 or above the age of 70.
